Why big groups struggle to get on the water
Here is the problem every organiser of a big celebration hits sooner or later: the overwhelming majority of charter boats are licensed for a maximum of 12 guests. It is a legal limit, not a marketing choice — standard pleasure craft simply may not carry more, however large their deck looks. So a group of 25, 60 or 150 people searching for boat hire finds page after page of beautiful yachts that cannot legally take them.
The usual workarounds are painful: splitting the group across several small boats and losing the shared-party feeling, cutting the guest list, or giving up on the water altogether. None of them is what you pictured when you imagined your whole team or all your friends celebrating together on the Mediterranean.

Through our fleet network we arrange commercially certified event boats — large catamarans and purpose-built party boats that are licensed to carry big groups. These are vessels designed for events: wide open decks, sound systems, bars, and crews used to running celebrations rather than quiet cruises.

We check availability across our fleet network and send you the event vessels that genuinely fit your group, with clear per-event pricing.
We build the event
Catering, open bar, DJ or live music, decoration, transfers, photographers — we coordinate the vendors and the logistics around the boat.
You step on board
On the day, the crew runs the vessel and our coordinator runs the plan. Your only job is hosting your guests.
An honest word about capacity
Up to 200 guests is a real figure — but it applies to dedicated event vessels, and it is subject to availability and season. Large event boats are a scarce resource on the Spanish coast: in high summer the best ones are reserved weeks or months ahead, and in some ports the biggest available vessel may cap at 80 or 100 guests on your date.
That is why we work on request: we would rather confirm what is genuinely available for your date than advertise a boat you cannot have. The earlier you enquire, the more of the fleet is still on the table.

Standard charter yachts take up to 12 guests — that is a legal limit for pleasure craft. Beyond that we arrange commercially certified event vessels for 20 to 200 guests, subject to availability and season. Tell us your date and guest count and we will confirm what is actually available rather than quote a theoretical maximum.
Valencia is our home port, and through our fleet network we also arrange event vessels along the coast — including Alicante, Denia, Calpe, Benidorm and Barcelona. Availability differs by port and month, so the earlier you ask, the more options we can offer.
Usually yes, though it depends on the vessel — some event boats have in-house catering and bar service, others welcome external vendors. We tell you exactly what each proposed boat allows, and we can supply catering, open-bar packages, DJs and live musicians ourselves if you prefer one invoice for everything.
In Spain the legally binding ceremony takes place ashore — we will never tell you otherwise. What we host on board is the symbolic ceremony and the celebration: vows on deck, dinner, dancing, and a send-off your guests will not forget. Many couples do the paperwork in the morning and the real party at sea.
For summer weekends from June to September, two to four months ahead is realistic for the best event vessels; spring and autumn dates are far more flexible. Late enquiries are still worth sending — cancellations happen — but early booking is the only way to choose between several boats rather than take the last one.
